As our careers grow, so do our responsibilities. We lead larger teams, make bigger decisions, and carry more accountability than ever before. At the same time, many of us are raising families, supporting loved ones, managing households, and trying to be fully present for the people who matter most. Just when we find our rhythm, priorities shift, new opportunities emerge, and new challenges arise. The reality is that leadership doesn't necessarily get easier. It simply evolves. And somewhere in the middle of showing up for everyone else, it's easy to forget to invest in ourselves.

That's why we're intentionally bringing together a small group of our most senior women leaders for Rise by Design. Surrounded by the beauty of Chateau Elan, this retreat creates space to step away from the demands of daily life, reflect on what matters most, and connect with accomplished women navigating many of the same opportunities and challenges. While our experiences may differ, we've all faced moments that required courage, resilience, and grit and questioned whether we're giving enough to the people and priorities that matter most.

Together, we'll talk openly about leadership, ambition, fulfillment, family, and the legacy we're building. We’ll hear from external speakers, executive women leaders, and one another. Most importantly, you'll connect with a group of women who understand the unique realities of this season of leadership and life.
